VIP Membership Rules and Conditions
Membership Terms
VIP membership becomes available once a player’s combined deposits reach 2,500 EUR/USD or the equivalent amount in another supported currency, including BTC.
A player may apply to transfer an existing VIP level from another casino. Each request is reviewed separately, and the Casino may assign an appropriate status at its own discretion.
VIP members may receive priority withdrawal processing after completing all required verification procedures. Verification requirements are described in the General Terms and Conditions. The actual time needed to receive funds also depends on the selected payment provider and its processing rules.
The Casino may revise, extend, or otherwise update the VIP Club at any time. This may include changes to qualification requirements, membership levels, available privileges, withdrawal conditions, or other programme features. Current information is published on the Casino website.
When a player’s total wagering activity is below 5,000 EUR/USD during a week or below 20,000 EUR/USD during a month, the Casino may reduce the applicable withdrawal limits to 1,000 EUR/USD per week and 5,000 EUR/USD per month.
Players holding an active casino balance may be required to wager at least 10% of that balance each week. If this activity requirement is not met, pending or future withdrawals may be temporarily suspended. The Casino determines whether this condition applies in each individual case.
The standard withdrawal limit for VIP Club members is 5,000 EUR/USD per week and 20,000 EUR/USD per month. Equivalent limits apply to other supported currencies, including BTC.
Withdrawal limits for players holding Supreme status are established individually.
Progressive jackpot winnings are not subject to these limits and are paid in full.
Reaching a higher VIP tier may provide access to additional privileges. However, an immediate tier-up reward is not automatically issued to every player. Eligibility may depend on account activity, participation history, and other internal assessment criteria.
VIP status and all related privileges are cancelled when a player closes their account or when the account is closed by the Casino.
The Casino may end a player’s VIP Club membership or remove their current VIP status at any time where there are reasonable grounds to do so.
Membership may be terminated if a player breaches these VIP rules, bonus conditions, the General Terms and Conditions, or otherwise acts against the legitimate interests of the Casino. In such cases, the Casino may remove the player’s VIP status, cancel associated privileges, withdraw previously credited rewards, and close the account where necessary.
The Casino may temporarily suspend VIP Club membership for a defined period or until further notice when this is required to protect its legitimate interests. During the suspension, VIP status is inactive and all related privileges remain unavailable.
The General Terms and Conditions continue to apply to all matters that are not specifically addressed in these VIP Membership Rules and Conditions.
