Bonus Rules and Promotional Conditions

1. Basic Conditions for Bonus Use

1.1. Each supported currency has a predetermined equivalent used for deposits, wagers, bonus calculations and prize payments. These conversion values apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

1.2. Unless different terms are shown in an individual offer, the minimum qualifying deposit is 20 EUR or the equivalent in another supported currency.

1.3. A standard bonus remains valid for seven days from the moment it is added to the player’s account.

1.4. All dates, activation periods and promotional schedules are based on Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).

1.5. Only one bonus may be active on an account at a time. Bonuses connected to separate deposits cannot be combined.

1.6. Each promotion may be claimed once per player, account, family, household, residential address, payment card, IP address or shared computer environment. Shared environments may include workplaces, schools, universities, libraries and similar locations.

1.7. Cashback is treated as bonus credit unless the relevant offer expressly defines it as withdrawable real money. General bonus rules therefore also apply to cashback promotions.

1.8. Winnings generated from no-deposit free spins are subject to the following maximum withdrawal amounts:

  • 50 EUR, USD or CHF;
  • 500 NOK;
  • 75 CAD, NZD or AUD.

Unless an individual offer provides a different limit, the maximum withdrawal from a no-deposit bonus is ten times the original bonus value. The Casino may increase this amount for selected established players following an individual review.

Before withdrawing winnings from a no-deposit offer, the player must complete account verification and make the minimum required deposit. Winnings from free spins connected to a deposit are also limited to ten times the value credited through those free spins, unless the applicable promotion states otherwise.

1.9. The Casino may amend, replace or supplement these Bonus Rules whenever operational or regulatory changes require it. The version published on the website is considered current.

1.10. The English version of these conditions is the governing version. Other language editions may be provided for convenience, but the English wording takes priority where translations differ.

1.11. Disputes connected with bonus qualification, calculation, wagering or payment are reviewed by the Casino. Decisions are made after evaluating account activity and the applicable promotional conditions.

1.12. An active bonus is automatically removed when the balance linked to it falls to 0.20 EUR or less, or the equivalent in another currency. This applies only to the deposit and bonus funds forming that particular bonus balance. Money received through unrelated deposits or promotions is not affected.

2. Wagering and Withdrawal Requirements

2.1. Unless an offer specifies another requirement, the bonus amount must be wagered 50 times before related funds may be withdrawn. A withdrawal requested before completion of the requirement may result in the bonus and winnings connected to it being cancelled.

2.2. Bonuses operate on a non-sticky basis. Real-money funds are used before bonus funds. Withdrawals remain unavailable while the wagering requirement is incomplete. When the bonus balance is fully spent, the active bonus ends automatically.

2.3. Games contribute to wagering at different rates:

  • Slots: 100%, except for the titles listed in Section 4.3;
  • Baccarat, blackjack and Hi-Lo: 5%, excluding live-dealer versions;
  • Video poker: 5%;
  • Roulette and poker: 5%, excluding live-dealer versions;

2.4. A deposit bonus may be cancelled before the player begins wagering with it. Any free spins included in the same package will also be removed because they form part of the deposit promotion.

3.3.2. Weekly Cashback

The weekly calculation period restarts every Monday at 00:01 UTC. All slot games are included unless stated otherwise.

Cashback becomes available when net losses from qualifying games exceed 10 €/$ or the equivalent. Net loss is calculated as the difference between eligible wagers and winnings during the promotional period.

Bonuses credited during the same period are deducted from the qualifying wager total unless they were cancelled. Manual balance adjustments may increase or reduce the amount used for the cashback calculation.

The applicable cashback level depends on total qualifying deposits:

  • Bronze: deposits of 50 €/$ or more provide 5% cashback, up to 500 €/$;

4.4. Promotional offers must not be used through coordinated, deceptive or abusive activity. Where bonus misuse is identified, the Casino may remove the affected bonus, cancel related winnings and restrict the account from participating in future promotions.

4.5. Players must not postpone unfinished rounds, free spins or bonus features until after the wagering requirement has been completed, a bonus has been removed or another deposit has been made. The Casino may cancel bonuses and associated winnings where delayed-round activity is reasonably identified.

4.6. Bonus or cash funds must not be used solely to prepare a game feature for later completion under different balance conditions. This includes progressing a collection, meter or feature to its final stage with bonus funds and completing the remaining step only after the bonus has been lost, cancelled, converted or fully wagered.

Winnings connected with this type of staged gameplay may be declared invalid following an account and game-history review.
